The Biannual EXSA Awards for Young X-ray Spectrometrists will be handed over during the next EXRS conference in Figueira da Foz, Coimbra, Portugal, 20-25 June 2010.

According to the 2008 GA of EXSA held in Cavtat, Croatia; two young scientist awards are announced, one award for the PhD thesis (PhD obtained in the last two years) and one Postdoc award.

Applications from young scientists at your laboratory are welcome.

The deadline for applications is 30 April 2010 .
