Workshop 2023 at EXSA Quant 2023

The next short workshop of the IIFP will be organized on the afternoon of October 27, 2023, in conjunction with the EXSA Quant 2023 workshop organized under the auspices of EXSA in Saclay.

Two distinct FP-related events will be organized:

One regular session will be included in the QUANT23 workshop programme. You are invited to register and submit an abstract to the QUANT23 at your earliest convenience in order to participate in the on-site workshop sessions.
The regular hybrid FPII workshop will offer dedicated time to concretely discuss on a few harmonized studies, including similar and complementary measurements, as well as theoretical calculations on selected elements. This should be defined according to the interests and external project duties of the participants.

Please use the FP event registration website to indicate your interest to participate in this hybrid workshop event. In addition, please complete the input request form (using your company or institute’s acronym) prior to October 16th.

This survey should lead to propose collaborative works with two aims:
- Mutual validation of FPs (theory and experiments);
- Provision of dedicated experimental data to similar theoretical calculation.
The collaborative proposals shall be presented and discussed between interested partners during the FPII workshop. Other topics of the short workshop on October 27 will include a summary of the last workshop, updates on recent experiments and the discussion of FP-related funding options.

This FPII workshop will be held in a hybrid form (a link for the online meeting will be provided for attendees not registered in the QUANT23 event but for the FP workshop).
