The Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) uses synchrotron radiation of the electron storage ring BESSY in Berlin-Adlershof for metrology and spectroscopy purposes. Department 7.2 “Cryophysics and Spectrometry” is offering two positions:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. physicist, doctoral candidate<\/strong> (position limited to 3 years)<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. post-doctoral candidate<\/strong> (position limited to 2 years)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    for the further development and application of X-ray spectrometry at BESSY. The positions are offered within the scope of a third-party funded research project and will commence as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
